I believe wellness is about creating a strong connection between your body, mind, and everyday life. Through movement, mindfulness, and education, I help individuals create healthier habits that feel sustainable and empowering.
My wellness journey began during my years as a model, where I had the opportunity to live and work in places around the world, including New York, Hong Kong, Italy, and Greece. While navigating the fast-paced nature of the industry, I discovered yoga through Yoga With Adriene on YouTube. What started as a simple practice quickly became something much deeper, a way to reconnect with my body, quiet my mind, and create balance during a busy season of life. After experiencing the impact yoga had on my own well-being, I became a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher in 2020 so I could share that same sense of connection and mindfulness with others.
After returning home, my sister invited me to join her at the gym, and I immediately fell in love with strength training and the way it made me feel strong, capable, and confident. I became fascinated with understanding how the body moves and how to exercise safely and effectively, which led me to become an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer with additional certifications in Strength & Conditioning.
My wellness journey continued to grow when my manager at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln encouraged me to pursue a sound healing certification through YogaRenew. Adding sound baths to my offerings has been incredibly rewarding because I have seen firsthand how meaningful it can be for people to slow down, create space for themselves, and step away from the stress and demands of everyday life. Seeing clients leave feeling calmer, more connected, and refreshed reminds me why I love creating wellness experiences that support both the body and the mind.
